is a filmmaker, writer, and performer born in Frankfurt, Germany and raised on the U.S. West Coast. A graduate of the Vancouver Film School, Nichols began his creative career writing and performing music before moving into film and acting. He starred in Night Giant and appeared in the independent web series Real Adult Feelings. Nichols directed the darkly comic short film Moron before making his feature directorial debut with Mountainside, which he also wrote and starred in.
