Providing music for the second time to Dr. Clean Productions is Brian Noyes 🎹✨ — a Seattle-based musician and the frontman of the baroque pop group Tomten 🎻🌙. Brian composed music for the original soundtrack of Fantasy A Gets a Mattress 🎶🛏️ and is now contributing new compositions to the soundtrack of CRYSTAL BALL! 🔮🎥 — including the smash song “Moon Kiss” 🌕💋.

THROWBACK THURSDAY! 🎬✨ Throwback to our triumphant week-long FANTASY A GETS A MATTRESS screening run at Central Cinema! 🍿 We experienced some of our most wildly enthusiastic crowds 🙌, and Fantasy A’s beloved Grandmother finally got to see her grandson on the big screen! 🎥💫 We also programmed the Halloween film that would play after our screening; we picked Lewis Teague’s underrated Cat’s Eye 🐱👁️—a terrific film which many audiences stayed for after Fantasy A Gets a Mattress screened! 🎞️

DAY 65 of filming CRYSTAL BALL! 🔮✨ Fantasy A is the KING of dramatic acting! 👑 Check out this behind the scenes shot of Fantasy A about to deliver his spine-chilling monologue, spoken to an old gravestone in a cemetery right on a major freeway. 🪦🙏 After an opening sequence of ecstatic nightlife, we find Fantasy A as Ernie the Building Superintendent 🛠️, taking us into emotional territory unlike any place in Dr. Clean Productions history! 💾

When you pray... you are graced with an angel. 👼🔮 CRYSTAL BALL! has a cast of hundreds, but no role was harder to cast than the former cult leader, BRUCE POWERS. A very particular charm, wit, and danger was necessary to capture this character and it was found... in a single TikTok video. We first saw landscaper and rock stacker DAVE BENHAM in a TikTok video for the infamous Dotz Show, where he makes an appearance scolding someone at Amazon Fresh for eating unpurchased grapes. 🍇 We instantly fell in love. After one brief phone call, Dave jumped in head first into a major film role, never having acted before. The results are electric. ⚡️ You will laugh, cry, and fear for your soul when you see DAVE... as BRUCE! 🔥

Dreams do come true! ✨🎬 The other night the CRYSTAL BALL! team captured one of our favorite scripted scenes: the creation of a 1990’s public access television show featuring a small cult espousing the virtues of their leader. 📺🔮 This was an intimate shoot with more leather on display than in a cow pasture. 🐄🖤

Yes! We’re on track to have more shooting days than the production of Kill Bill, Jaws, and Eyes Wide Shut (just kidding on that last one!). We are putting in the time and attention to detail for CRYSTAL BALL! in order to deliver something unlike anything you’ve seen before: a mystical ride of musical phantasmagoria! Big shout out to our actors portraying City Light workers—who danced, screamed, and were perfect in all their rugged rakishness. ⚡️

Arnold the pug is making his feature film debut as RAVIOLI in CRYSTAL BALL!

This production has many dogs gracing the screen, but ARNOLD is the Mads Mikkelsen of canine actors — low-key yet silently radiating emotional heft . When filmmakers talk about great dog actors, you can hear their delight — because they are talking about talent like Arnold, a true pro.
